Werewolf Game - Toram Online

Role in Werewolf:

Moderator

Moderators are players who manage the course of this Werewolf game. This starts from the arrangement in the time phase (day and night) and also regulates the course of voting. This role requires players who are very familiar with everything in the Werewolf game and also need to be good at words so that the story is not boring.

Moderators are also the only neutral roles that should not support one side only. One important thing to be a moderator is to keep the role of the players secret from others.

Villager

Villager plays an ordinary citizen, who does not know who his opponent and comrades are. The main task of villagers is to know and eliminate who the real Werewolf among you is.

Werewolf

A werewolf is a wolf who is always hungry at night. Every night, this Werewolf will attack one of the players and eliminate it. The role of Werewolf can be done by 2-3 players judging from the number of players who participate in this game flow.

If there is more than one, then each Werewolf will find out who the other Werewolf is and plot to win the game.

Seer

Seer acts as a fan. Every night, Seer can stare at the role of one of the players. Seer's task is to see which player plays the Werewolf and try to eliminate along with other innocent Villagers.

Guardian or Protector

This protector has the power to protect one of the players from Werewolf attacks when night falls.

Hunter

A hunter. If this role met its end, then he could fire the last bullet at anyone. This role can be said to invite a person to die together when killed.

In this simulation, I will give an example when this game was played by 7 people with one of them being a moderator.

At the beginning of the game, the moderator will select several role cards that will be in the game. The composition of the number of roles can be adjusted by the moderator. Usually, the number of Werewolf for 12 players is 2 people. As for the 32 players, the number of Werewolf is 3 people.

Note to moderators: Werewolf, Seer, and Guardian roles are mandatory roles in the game. For the remaining roles, it can be adjusted depending on the consideration of the moderator himself.

Once the cards are selected by the moderator, the cards are dealt to each player. The card should not be dealt or notified to other players.

Once done, finally get some roles as follows:

1 player as Werewolf (think of it as A)

1 player as Seer (consider B)

1 player as Guardian (consider C)

1 player as Hunter (consider D)

2 players as villagers (consider E and F)

Then, the game can start.

Night 1

Every night, all players are obliged to turn a blind eye except the person called by the moderator.

On this 1st night, the moderator will call each player to note his name and role. Only those who are called can open their eyes and raise their hands. After the moderator takes notes, then the player can close his eyes again.

Example:

Moderator: "Werewolf, wake up!"

Player A: (Opens his eyes and raises his hand, then closes his eyes back)

Moderator: "Seer, wake up!"

Player B: (Opens his eyes and raises his hand, then closes his eyes back)

Moderator: "Guardian, wake up!"

Player C: (Opens his eyes and raises his hand, then closes his eyes back)

Moderator: "Hunter, wake up!"

Player D: (Opens his eyes and raises his hand, then closes his eyes back)

...

(and So on until all players are called)

Noon 1

(Moderators give each player 30 seconds to explain their characters. At this time, you are allowed to lie or be honest. It's up to you.

If all players have already explained their respective roles, then the moderator goes on to give 5 minutes for all players to dig up information on each player. When completed, the moderator can ask about the execution process whether it will be done or not.

If the players are still confused, then the submission of the first selection can be carried out at the next time.

The discussion is over, there is no voting, continue to the next time.

Noon 2

(Moderators will wake up players who have the ability. For those who don't, keep a close eye until awakened.)

Moderator: "stare, get up and choose one of the players you want to open up to."

Player B : (Designating player E)

Moderator: Moderator replies with the letter V (code for Villager).

After answering, the moderator ordered for player B to close his eyes again.

Moderator: "Guardian, get up and vote for someone you're going to protect."

Player C: (Designate player F and close his eyes back)

Moderator: "Werewolf, get up and choose one of the players you want to prey to.

Player A: (Pointing at player E and closing his eyes)

Moderator: "Hunter, get up and choose one of the players you suspect to be a Werewolf.

Player D: (Designating player F and closing his eyes)

Moderator: And the night is over.

Noon 2

The moderator announced the events the night before.

Moderator: "The fireman hasn't found the Werewolf, the Guardian failed to protect the right person, the hunter killed an innocent person, and the Werewolf managed to prey on a player. Player E please stand up, you have been preyed upon by the Werewolf.

(Player E exits the game without telling the other players what his cards are)

After the announcement, it was given 5 minutes to discuss the events of the night before.

(5 minutes completed)

Moderator: "Will there be a vote today?"

All players: "Yes!"

Initial Vote :

Each player will point and give an argument regarding one of the players suspected of being a Werewolf. The two players with the most votes are eligible to enter a defense before being selected in the Final Vote round.

Final Vote:

The player who is most voted for during the Final Vote round has the right to deliver the last message before exiting the game. This player still has to hide his role.

...

(and so on until the game reaches a conclusion)

The point in this game is how to convince other players to be able to follow and believe what you say.

If as a Werewolf, then you have to convince other players that you are not a Werewolf so that you can be safe to prey on all players.

If you play the role of Seer, then you have to convince other players to trust you without unpacking your own identity, fearing that the next night will be preyed upon by the Werewolf. And so on.
